Open any Terminal app, enter these code:

pm disable com.spb.shell3d/com.softspb.shell.service.LicenseService

To re-enable the app if it has disabled itself due to licensing:

pm enable com.spb.shell3d/com.softspb.shell.Home

2. Using Titanium Backup Pro to Freeze Market before installing SPB Shell 3D.

3. Using DroidWall - Android Firewall to block Market to connect to internet.

4. You can always install it while on airplane mode just make sure that everytime you boot your phone you're not connected to wifi or data
