The story of the Lamboghini ‘Super Car’ is an interesting one. Ferruccio Lamborghini was a manufacture of farming equipment. After amassing much wealth, he bought a Ferarri. Displeased with repeated clutch failureson his expensive High Line sports car (he found they were the same clutches that he used in his tractors), He confronted Enzo Ferarri.

Mr. Ferarri basically insulted Ferruccio by telling him to “go back to your farm & drive your tractors. Leave building sports cars to me!”. A very angry Lamborghini vowed to show Enzo “how to build a High End sports car and in 1963 Automobilia Lamborghini was born.

Bought by Audi in 1998, the Lamborghini factory puts out 2 ‘Hand Crafted’ cars a day. This video showcases the constuction of the Lamborghini Murcielago SV. This beast is equipped with a “hand built” 6.5 Liter, V-12 engine that produces 670 H.P. and boasts a top speed of 340 K.P.H. 250 hours are invested in the paint job alone!
